Top Class Education Scheme for SC Students
Top Class Education Scheme for SC Students is a national means scholarship that offers full financial assistance to SC students to promote quality education among them. A total of 1,500 scholarships are disbursed every year under this scholarship scheme. The application for the scholarship is applied online through the National Scholarship Portal (NSP).
Eligibility: The candidates who wish to apply must belong to the category of Scheduled Caste and should have taken admission in a full-time degree course after Class 12 in a notified institution. Also, the annual family income of the applicant must not be more than INR 6 Lakh from all the sources.
Award: The selected students studying in private sector institutions are liable to receive full tuition fees & non-refundable charges with a maximum ceiling of up to INR 2 Lakh per annum. Apart from them, the students who are admitted into private sector flying clubs and pursuing courses like Commercial Pilot Training and Type Rating Courses will receive tuition fees and other non-refundable charges with a maximum ceiling of up to INR 3.72 Lakh per annum. Besides this, students will also get INR 2,220 per month as living expenses, an annual amount of INR 3,000 as books & stationery allowance, and one-time assistance of up to INR 45,000 for the latest computer/laptop and other related accessories.
Pre-Matric Scholarships Scheme for Minorities
Pre-Matric Scholarships Scheme for Minorities is a government scholarship that offers financial assistance in the form of admission fees, tuition fees, and maintenance allowance to needy students belonging to minority communities. Minority communities of India include Muslim, Sikh, Christian, Buddhist, Jain, and Zoroastrian/Parsi. The applicants who wish to apply for this scholarship can do so through the National Scholarship Portal (NSP).
Eligibility: Students of classes 1 to 10 from the minority community who have secured at least 50% marks in the previous final exam and whose annual family income is within INR 1 Lakhe can apply for this scholarship opportunity.
Award: The selected candidates studying in classes 6 to 10 receive an annual admission fee of INR 500 along with a monthly tuition fee of INR 350. Also, the students of classes 1 to 10 (day scholars) receive a maintenance allowance of INR 100 per month, and class 6 to 10 students (hostellers) get INR 600 per month for a period of INR 10 months in an academic year.
Post Matric Scholarships Scheme for Minorities
The Post Matric Scholarships Scheme for Minorities is meant for students of Class 11 to Ph.D. Started with the objective of providing financial assistance to needy students of minority communities. The interested candidates can apply online for this national means scholarship through NSP.
Eligibility:
- Students of Class 11, 12, graduation, post-graduation, technical or vocational courses, M.Phil., Ph.D. who have secured at least 50% marks in the previous final exam can apply.

Tuition Fees and examination fees to VJNT Students (Means Based) scholarship is meant for those students of Maharashtra who belong to Vimukt Jati/Denotified or Nomadic Tribes, are financially deprived and are studying at the post-matriculation level. The interested candidates can apply online through MahaDBT, the online scholarship portal of the Maharashtra Government.
Eligibility: The candidates must belong to the VJNT category of Maharashtra. Their annual family income must be less than or equal to INR 8 lakh.

Begum Hazrat Mahal National Scholarship
