Kerala E-Grantz 3.0 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for these scholarships, each applicant must meet a set of established requirements. These criteria are primarily based on the applicant’s current level of education, place of residence, social category, and family income. Additionally, all applicants must be Keralan residents.

Academic Qualification

Students pursuing pre-matric or post-matric education from a recognized board or university are eligible to apply.
Admission must be secured under the merit or reservation quota.
Applicants must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in their classes each month.

E-Grantz – Application Process

Below is a detailed step-by-step application procedure for E-Grantz scholarships.

Step 1: Visit the E-Grantz 3.0 portal.

Step 2: Click on the ‘One-Time Registration’ button located at the bottom corner of the homepage.

Step 3: On the page that opened, fill in the required details like Aadhar card number and Applicant name.

Step 4: After filling the required details, click on “Validate Aadhaar” to verify the aadhar. Additionally, do not forget to click the consent box.

Step 5: After validating your aadhar card, a drop down list will appear where you will need to fill additional data. Fill in the required data there.

Step 6: Click on “Register” to complete the registration.

Step 7: After registering, this page automatically opens up. Fill in the details for a successful login.

Step 8: After successful login, the students are required to complete their profile. Fill in all required details mentioned in the sections.

Step 9: After completing the profile, click on “Save”.

Step 10: Then click on “Apply for Scholarships”, A list of scholarships for which the students are eligible to apply will appear. Select the scholarship you want to apply for and start the application. Finally, submit the application form.
