Digital Gujarat Scholarship Eligibility Criteria 2026-27
The general eligibility conditions for the Digital Gujarat scholarship below apply to post-matric schemes. Income limit for each category differs depending on the scheme.
1. Applicants must be a permanent resident of Gujarat.
2. They must belong to SC, ST, SEBC, OBC, EBC, NT-DNT, or minority category, with a valid caste certificate.
4. The admission must be through a government or merit-based process.
5. The annual family income must be within the limit of the chosen scheme.
6. Applicants must have an Aadhaar-seeded bank account in the student’s own name.

Note – If a student applies for a state scheme instead of the central one and the annual family income is under ₹2.5 lakh, the scholarship application will be rejected.
Documents Required for Digital Gujarat Scholarship 2026-27
1. Student’s Aadhaar card

3. NSP OTR registration number (for fresh post-matric applicants)

5. Income certificate issued by the Mamlatdar or competent authority
6. Domicile certificate of Gujarat

8. Bonafide certificate and fee receipt from the institute
9. Bank passbook of an Aadhaar-seeded (NPCI-linked) account in the student’s name

Digital Gujarat Registration and Login 2026-27
Students will need a Digital Gujarat citizen account before applying for any Digital Gujarat scholarship. By following the below steps, they can complete their Digital Gujarat Registration as well as Login:
Digital Gujarat Portal New Registration
Step 1: Visit digitalgujarat.gov.in and click on Login/Register, then Citizen Login.
Step 2: Click on New Registration (Citizen).
Step 3: Enter your mobile number and email ID. Create a password of 8 to 20 characters with at least one capital letter, one small letter, one number, and one special character (@, #, ? or $).
Step 4: Verify your mobile number with the OTP and submit. Your login credentials are now ready.
Digital Gujarat Scholarship Login 2026
Step 1: Go to digitalgujarat.gov.in and click on Citizen Login.
Step 2: Enter your registered mobile number or email ID, password, and captcha.
Step 3: Click Login. A dashboard will be displayed on the screen, from which you can easily check the Digital Gujarat scholarship status.
Digital Gujarat Scholarship Forms – How to Recover your password?
Students who don’t remember or have forgotten their password can recover it by using the “forgot password link” on the login page. Reset it with the OTP sent to your registered mobile.
How to Fill Digital Gujarat Scholarship Form 2026-27
Fresh post-matric applicants have to generate an NSP OTR registration number before starting with the Digital Gujarat scholarship application process:
Step 1: Generate your OTR number on scholarships.gov.in using Aadhaar face authentication on the NSP OTR app.
Step 2: Log in to the Digital Gujarat portal and complete the profile with personal details, Aadhaar number, caste, income, and bank details.
Step 3: Click on Services, then Scholarship Services, and the GSSP portal will open in a new tab.
Step 4: Select the scheme you want to apply for and the year 2026-27.
Step 5: Enter your NSP OTR registration number and complete Aadhaar eKYC.
Step 6: Fill in your academic details such as institute, course, year of study, previous marks, and fee details.
Step 7: Upload all the necessary documents, including a photograph and signature.
