Alternative Way to Check Your UP Scholarship Status
There are times when the traffic on the UP Scholarship portal exceeds the limit, which results in some functions of the website not working. Therefore, you may not be able to check your scholarship status via the usual process. Step 1: First, you need to go to the UP Scholarship portal at https://scholarship.up.gov.in/ and click on the “Student” option as shown in the image below.
Step 2: Now choose the ‘Fresh Login’ option if this is the first time you are getting the scholarship. If not, then choose the ‘Renewal Login’ option.
Step 3: Depending on the class you are studying and the state you are from, you need to choose between the options like Prematric Student Login, Intermediate Student Login, Postmatric Other Than Inter Student Login, and Postmatric Other State Student Login.
Step 4: Now, a new page will appear where you need to provide the registration session, your mobile number, password, and the captcha code in the given fields. Finally, tap on the submit button to access your UP Scholarship account.
Step 5: On the next screen, you will be able to see your profile, and in the menu, you will find the ‘Check Current Status’ option. Click on that to check your UP Scholarship status.
Step 6: Once you click the button, a status page will appear where you can see the date and the status of the UP scholarship amount, registration date, final submission date, bank account verification, verification by the district welfare officer, and status at the institute level.
