CBSE Merit Scholarship Scheme for Single Girl Child
Girl students who are single girl children of their parents are eligible for this scholarship. They must have passed the CBSE Class 10 examination with 60% or more marks. They must be pursuing studies in Class 11 and 12 at any CBSE affiliated school, where the tuition fee is not more than INR 1,500 per month.

Opportunity Cost to Parents of SC Girl Students – Puducherry
This scholarship offers financial assistance to SC category girl students who are studying in Class 6 to 10. The students are required to be domiciles of Puducherry. Also, the annual family income of the candidate must be less than INR 9,000.

Retention Scholarship for SC Girl Students – Puducherry
Under this scholarship, SC category girl students who are domiciles of Puducherry are provided financial aid for studies in Class 1 to 5. The students are required to have an annual family income of less than INR 18,000 from all sources.

Begum Hazrat Mahal National Scholarship Scheme for Minorities Girls
This scholarship is open for girl students belonging to minority communities (Muslims, Christians, Buddhists, Sikhs, Jains and Parsis). They must be studying in Class 9 to 12. They are required to have secured at least 50% marks (in aggregate) in the previous class. Also, their annual family income must be less than INR 2 lakh from all sources.

Kalpana Chawla Chatravriti Yojana, Himachal Pradesh
This scholarship is open for girl students of Himachal Pradesh who have completed Class 12 in any of the streams (Arts, Commerce, Science) from HP Board of School Education. They are required to have taken admission as regular students in post-10+2 courses (academic, professional, technical) at a government-aided or recognized private institution.

Maharishi Balmiki Chatravriti Yojana, Himachal Pradesh
Girl students who belong to the Balmiki family engaged in unclean occupations are eligible for this scholarship provided they are domiciles of Himachal Pradesh. “Shiksha ki Udaan” Scholarship Program for Girls
Girl students who are residents of Bihar and Odisha are eligible for this scholarship. They must be studying in Class 11. They must have passed Class 10 board examination with more than 60% marks. Their annual family income must be less than INR 3 lakh from all sources. Candidates who are currently Samasta Microfinance customers or prospects can also apply.

Post-Graduate Indira Gandhi Scholarship for Single Girl Child
Girl students who are up to 30 years of age are eligible for this scholarship. They must be the only girl child in their family. Also, they must have taken admission in the first year of a regular, full-time master’s degree programme in any designated university or a postgraduate college. Please note that girl students having no brother or girls who are twin daughters/fraternal daughters are also eligible.

DRDO Scholarship Scheme for Girls
Girl/women students pursuing undergraduate/postgraduate courses in Aerospace Engineering/Aeronautical Engineering/Space Engineering and Rocketry/Aircraft Engineering/Avionics are eligible. They must fulfil the set academic requirements to be eligible for the scholarship.
