HSCST Fellowship Programme

Department of Science & Technology, Government of Haryana offers fellowships to candidates aspiring to pursue Ph.D. from any university in Haryana. Students pursuing M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Mathematical Sciences and Engineering Sciences with 55% marks are sought under this call.

Haryana Vigyan/Yuva Vigyan Ratna Awards

The award intends to honour scientists of Haryana who have given tremendous contributions in the field of science and technology since ten years.

Nominations for this award can be made only by Heads of National Science Academies, Presidents of professional science, medical & engineering societies, Vice Chancellors of Universities, Directors of Research Laboratories, President of Indian Medial Association, Heads of Departments in the Centre and State Govts., Directors of IIT’s, Directors, Principals of professional science, medical & engineering colleges, Chairpersons, Heads of registered societies of S&T based voluntary organizations and previous national awardees of S&T related awards or previous Haryana Vigyan Ratna Awardees.

Haryana State Merit Scholarship

Economically weak students of Haryana domicile are offered this scholarship which one can bag after proving merit. Rural area students who secure at least 40% marks in the matric, higher secondary are eligible for this scholarship.

Merit-cum-Means Minority Scheme, Haryana

Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Zoroastrians and Jains of Haryana state are given financial aid for persuasion of technical or professional courses at under graduate and post graduate level. 30% of the scholarship is reserved for girl students.

Scholarships under the scheme for post-graduate study will be paid without any consideration of the income of the parents of the candidates.
