Economically weak students of Haryana domicile are offered this scholarship which one can bag after proving merit. Rural area students who secure at least 40% marks in the matric, higher secondary are eligible for this scholarship.

Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Zoroastrians and Jains of Haryana state are given financial aid for persuasion of technical or professional courses at under graduate and post graduate level. 30% of the scholarship is reserved for girl students.
Scholarships under the scheme for post-graduate study will be paid without any consideration of the income of the parents of the candidates.
