NMMS Scholarship Eligibility Criteria 2025
To be eligible for the National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship (NMMS), students must meet the following criteria:
- They must be promoted from Class 8 to Class 9 to begin receiving the scholarship.
- To continue receiving the scholarship in Classes 10 and 12, students must be promoted from Class 9 to 10 and Class 11 to 12 in their first attempt.
- In Class 10, awardees must secure a minimum of 60% marks to remain eligible for the scholarship, with a relaxation of 5% for SC/ST students.

SCERT stands for State Council of Educational Research and Training and it is responsible for admission, examination and certification of private recognised ETE and ECCE Institutions. The NMMS results can be accessed through the following steps:

Step 7: On completing the KYC verification, you will receive an OTR that can be used for the NMMSS application.
