Step 1: Visit the official website of the DCE scholarship portal.
Step 2: Click on the respective scholarship i.e. Suvarna Jubilee Merit Scholarship.
Step 3: Click on the “Apply Online” button on the right side of the dashboard.
Step 4: Click on the “New Registration” button to register.
Step 5: Enter your SSLC details carefully in the first part of the registration form.
