Since 2022-23, Reliance Foundation has been supporting 100 postgraduate students annually. The scholarship is part of a larger commitment to provide 50,000 scholarships over ten years, announced by Mrs Nita Ambani, Founder and Chairperson of Reliance Foundation, on the 90th birth anniversary of Reliance Founder-Chairman Shri Dhirubhai Ambani in December 2022.

Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarships 2026-27
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarships 2026-27, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a resident Indian citizen.
- Be enrolled in the 1st year of a postgraduate programme.
- Have either:
- A GATE score between 550 and 1,000, or
- An undergraduate CGPA of 7.5 or above, or an equivalent percentage normalised to CGPA.
- Be pursuing an eligible postgraduate degree programme in one of the prescribed disciplines, including:
- Computer Science
- Artificial Intelligence
- Mathematics & Computing
- Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Renewable & New Energy
- Materials Science & Engineering
- Life Sciences

- Recent passport-size photograph.
- Proof of address showing the permanent address.
- Aadhaar Card (mandatory).
- Current resume/CV.
- Class 10 and Class 12 board examination marksheets.
- GATE examination marksheet, if applicable.
- Undergraduate degree official transcript/marksheet.
- Bonafide Student Certificate from the current college/institution.
- Personal Statement and Statement of Purpose.
- Two reference letters:
- One academic reference
- One character reference
- Experience certificate/letter(s) for work experience or internships, if applicable.
- Official Disability Certificate issued by the relevant Government authority, if applicable.
- Family income proof issued by the Gram Panchayat, Ward Councillor, Sarpanch, SDM, DM, CO, or Tehsildar.

Step 1: Click on the ‘Apply Now’ button.
Step 2: Log in to Buddy4Study using a registered ID to access the Online Application Form Page. Applicants who are not registered can sign up using their email address, mobile number, or Google account.
Step 3: Applicants will be redirected to the official ‘Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarships 2026-27’ page.
Step 4: Complete and submit the application form on the Reliance Foundation official page.
Step 5: Complete the online Eligibility Questionnaire.
Step 6: Select the Aptitude Test date and submit the application.
Step 7: Complete the mandatory online Aptitude Test as part of the application process.
Important Note
- All applicants are required to complete an online Aptitude Test as part of their application.
- After submitting the application, applicants will receive a confirmation email containing the date and time of the online exam.
- The unique link for the final exam will be available on the application portal one day before the exam.
- Applicants can also take a practice test one week before the final test.
- Applications will be considered complete only after the Aptitude Test has been completed.
- Once submitted, the test scores will be sent directly to Reliance Foundation. Applicants will not be notified of their scores.
- Reliance Foundation does not charge any application fee for the scholarship programme.
