What is OTR?
OTR stands for One Time Registration, which is a unique 14-digit number that is issued on the basis of the Aadhaar/Aadhaar Enrolment ID (EID) and is applicable for the entire academic career of the student. Users register using their mobile numbers and complete the electronic-Know Your Customer (eKYC) process. After having successfully completed this process, the OTR number is generated and sent to the user’s mobile number. This number remains valid throughout your academic career. It simplifies the scholarship application process by eliminating the need for repeated registrations.
