Seat allotment at MMMUT is carried out strictly by merit, the candidate’s order of preference, and seat availability is decided in the following manner —
1. For UG, preference is given to JEE Main-2026/CUET(UG)-2026 rank
2. For PG the preference order is GATE, then CUET(PG)-2026, then MET-2026 (or CMAT-2026 first for MBA)
3. The rank-wise PG waiting list uses each candidate’s NLAT score, and the spot round draws from this waiting list plus no-show candidates from earlier rounds.
Please note that once a seat is allotted, candidates must choose FREEZE or FLOAT and pay the seat acceptance/confirmation fee within the notified window, or the offer is cancelled and the seat is reallotted as per merit.

How MMMUT Decides Seat Allotment
Seat allotment at MMMUT is carried out strictly by merit, the candidate’s order of preference, and seat availability, with the ranking source depending on the programme:
1. For UG programmes, preference follows the candidate’s JEE Main-2026 or CUET(UG)-2026 rank.
2. For PG programmes, the preference order runs GATE, then CUET(PG)-2026, then MET-2026 except for MBA, where CMAT-2026 is considered first.
3. The rank-wise PG waiting list uses each candidate’s NLAT score, and the spot round draws from this list along with no-show candidates from earlier rounds.
Once a seat is allotted, candidates must choose FREEZE or FLOAT and pay the seat acceptance/confirmation fee within the notified window; missing that window cancels the offer, and the seat is reallotted as per merit.
