Individuals, who wish to apply for any of the services offered by the Government of Maharashtra online, primarily need to register on the Aaple Sarkar portal. The steps to follow for online registration on Aaple Sarkar portal include –

Step 1: Visit the official website of Aaple Sarkar portal. 

Step 2: Click on ‘New User? Register Here’ button.

Step 3: Two options of registration will come up. Option 1 – Creating user ID and password by verifying UID. Option 2 – Creating own user profile using OTP verification on mobile.

Step 5: If you select Option 2, complete all the fields marked with an asterisk ‘*’ in the sections – Applicant Detail, Applicant’s Address, Mobile Number and Username Verification, Upload Photograph, Proof of Identity, Proof of Address. (Note: Make sure to follow the guidelines specified while uploading the photograph and documents.)

Once you are registered on the Aaple Sarkar portal, you can proceed with availing online services by simply logging into your user dashboard. Whether you want to apply for an income certificate, caste certificate or a domicile certificate, you can follow the steps given below to avail any of the services mentioned above –

Step 1: Once registered, make a login on the Aaple Sarkar portal using your registered user ID, password, captcha and district. 

Step 2: A user dashboard will open. You will be able to see all the department names on the left side of the page.
