- Students whose parents are suffering from critical, life-threatening diseases (e.g., Cancer); or deceased/severely disabled (80% or more) due to accidents, as defined under the RPwD Act, 2016
2. The annual family income from all sources must not exceed ₹8 lakh. Applicants must provide a valid income certificate issued by the competent authority of their state/UT.
3. The applicant must be enrolled in a regular mode diploma or degree course (1st to 4th year) at an AICTE-approved institution.
4. The candidate must not be receiving any other scholarship from the central/state government or AICTE at the time of application.
AICTE Saksham Scholarship Scheme for Specially Abled Student (Technical Diploma and Technical Degree)
- The candidate should be enrolled in a degree level course (1st or 2nd year) through lateral entry in any of the AICTE approved Institution of the respective year.
- The applicant must be recognised as a specially-abled student having a disability of not less than 40%.
- The annual family income from all sources must not exceed ₹8 lakh. Applicants must provide a valid income certificate issued by the competent authority of their state/UT.
AICTE – Pragati Scholarship Scheme for Girl Students (Technical Diploma and Technical Degree)
- The girl candidate should be admitted to degree level course (1st or 2nd year) through lateral entry in any of the AICTE approved Institution of the respective year.
- A maximum of two female children per family are eligible.
- The annual family income from all sources must not exceed ₹8 lakh. Applicants must provide a valid income certificate issued by the competent authority of their state/UT.
PM-USP Special Scholarship Scheme for Jammu Kashmir And Ladakh
- Candidates must have a domicile of Jammu & Kashmir or Ladakh.
- They should have passed the class 12 examination from JKBOSE or CBSE-affiliated schools located within these UTs.
- The annual family income of the applicant must not exceed ₹8 lakh.
- For admission under the lateral entry scheme, candidates must hold Diploma in Engineering from polytechnic institutes recognized by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), UTs of J&K and Ladakh.
AICTE PG (GATE/GPAT) Scholarship
- Foreign students, sponsored candidates, and those admitted through the management quota are not eligible for this scholarship.
- Candidates must hold a valid GATE/CEED 2025 score at the time of admission. Admissions outside the validity period of the score will not be considered.
- Candidates enrolled in part-time programs are not eligible.
- Applicants must have an Aadhaar-linked general savings bank account in their own name. Joint accounts, Jan-Dhan accounts, no-frill accounts, or accounts with transaction limits will not be accepted.
- OBC candidates falling under the creamy layer are not eligible for the AICTE GATE scholarship 2025.
- Candidates applying under SC, ST, OBC (non-creamy layer), or physically handicapped categories must provide a valid certificate. Applications without authentic certificates will not be considered.
- The scholarship will be awarded for a maximum of 24 months, or until the completion of the course or thesis submission, whichever occurs earlier.
