Eligibility Criteria:
- Open for students studying in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th year of a full-time regular undergraduate engineering programme (in any field) approved by AICTE/UGC.
- Applicants must have cleared all regular credit courses in a single attempt.
- Applicants must have scored at least 60% in aggregate or an equivalent CGPA of 6 on a 10-point scale in the semesters cleared so far.
- There is no age limit for the applicants.
Important Note: This scholarship is available for all IET members and non-members and for all branches of engineering as recognised by the AICTE/UGC. Also, lateral entry students who join the B.Tech. programme in the 2nd year can apply too. |

The winners of the regional round will compete for national finals and the scholarship benefits will be as follows:

This national-level scholarship programme aims to support meritorious students from underprivileged societies pursuing undergraduate courses in information technology or related subjects.
First-year students enrolled in Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) programmes in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics and Communications streams will be eligible for financial assistance under this scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria:
- The scholarship is open to students with Indian nationality only.
- The applicants must be currently studying in the first year B.E./B.Tech. programme in CS/IT/EE/EC streams.
- The students must have obtained 60% or more marks in the previous educational degree
- The annual family income of the applicants, from all the sources, should not exceed INR 4 lakh.
- The applicants should not be availing of any other scholarship benefits of INR 6,000 or more per annum.

AICTE Pragati Scholarship for Girls
One of the highly acclaimed technology scholarships in India, it is being implemented with the aim of providing assistance for the advancement of girls pursuing technical education. Under this scheme, girl students who are admitted to the first/second year of diploma/degree level courses through lateral entry in any of the AICTE-approved institutions will receive financial assistance.
Provider: All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) under the Ministry of Education
Eligibility Criteria:
- Open for female students who have taken admission in the first year of diploma/degree level course or second year of diploma/degree level course through lateral entry in any of the AICTE-approved institutions of the respective year.
- The candidates must have a family income of less than INR 8 lakh per annum.
Note – Up to two girls per family are eligible for this scholarship.
Benefits: The selected candidates will receive INR 50,000 per annum for every year of study, i.e. maximum of 3 years for students admitted to the first year and a maximum of 2 years for students admitted to the first year through lateral entry.
The scholarship amount will be provided as a lump sum amount towards payment of college fees, purchase of computers, stationeries, books, equipment, software etc.
