Shahid Madho Singh Haath Kharcha Yojana 2026-27 – Application Process
Step 1 – Visit the official Odisha State Scholarship Portal
Step 2: Click on ‘Login’. If you’re a new user, select ‘Register Here’ to create your account.
Step 4: Enter your Aadhaar number, click ‘Get OTP’, and follow the verification process to finish your registration.
Step 5: After completing the registration, log in using your User ID and Password to begin the application process.
Step 7: From the list of available schemes, select Shahid Madho Singh Haath Kharcha Scheme.
Step 8: Complete the application form by providing all the required details, including your personal information, academic details, eligibility information, and bank account details. Upload the required supporting documents.
Step 9: Once you have filled in all the details, click ‘Save as Draft’ to save the application for later review, or click ‘Next’ to save your information and proceed to the next step.
Step 10: Review the application form in the preview section. Download the completed form and keep a printed copy for future reference.

Shahid Madho Singh Haath Kharcha Yojana 2026-27 – Benefits
1. A one time financial assistance of ₹5,000 is provided to eligible ST students.
2. The amount is credited directly to the student’s Aadhaar linked bank account through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
3. The incentive is disbursed once on enrolment into Class 9 and again on enrolment into Class 11.
4. The benefit can be availed in addition to any other scholarship the student is already receiving.
