Parivartan ECSS Programme 2026-27 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Parivartan ECSS Programme 2026-27, applicants must fulfil the following criteria:
For School, Diploma, ITI and Polytechnic Students
- The applicant must be currently studying in Classes 1 to 12 or pursuing a diploma, ITI, or polytechnic course at a private, government, or government-aided institution in India.
- Applicants must have secured at least 55% marks in the most recent qualifying examination.
- The annual family income from all sources must not exceed INR 2.5 lakh.
- The applicant must be an Indian national.
- Preference will be given to students who have experienced a personal or family crisis in the past three years that has significantly affected their family’s ability to bear educational expenses and placed them at risk of dropping out.
Note: For diploma courses, only students who have enrolled after completing Class 12 are eligible to apply.
For Undergraduate Students
- The applicant must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate programme at a recognised college or university in India.
- Eligible courses include general undergraduate programmes such as B.Com., B.Sc., B.A., and professional programmes such as B.Tech., MBBS, LLB, B.Arch., Nursing, and other equivalent courses.
- Applicants must have secured at least 55% marks in the most recent qualifying examination.
- The annual family income from all sources must not exceed INR 2.5 lakh.
- The applicant must be an Indian national.

Note: Applicants claiming preference based on a family or personal crisis may submit supporting documents such as a death certificate in case of the loss of an earning family member, an official employer letter in case of job loss, a notarised affidavit in case of self-employment failure, a medical report or prescription from a certified doctor in case of illness or medical emergency, or an official government document confirming the impact of a natural disaster.
