Step 3 – Verify the auto-filled details like name, date of birth and income, then proceed if everything is correct.
Step 4 – Enter your mobile number and complete OTP verification.
Step 5 – Create your user ID and password to complete registration.
Step 6 – Go to the login section and sign in using your user ID and password.
Step 7 – After login, open the dashboard and click on ‘Apply for Scholarship.’
Step 8 – Select Kalpana Chawla Chhatravratti Yojna from the list of schemes.
Step 9 – Fill in the application form with academic, course and bank details.

I studied in a CBSE school in Haryana. Am I eligible for this scholarship?
If you have completed Class 12 from a CBSE affiliated school in Haryana and have scored more than 85% marks in Class 12 then you are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
What happens if I don’t have a Haryana domicile certificate?
If you have completed Class 10 and Class 12 from institutions located within Haryana you are eligible by default. However, if you have pursued your education outside the state then you are required to submit a valid Haryana domicile certificate to establish their eligibility.
Is the scholarship based on family income?
The scholarship is not primarily based on family income. While an income certificate is required as part of the documentation to verify the applicant’s background, the award of the scholarship is chiefly determined on the basis of merit, particularly performance in competitive examinations such as JEE Main or JEE Advanced.
How will I receive the scholarship money?
The scholarship is provided as a monthly stipend. Once your application is verified and approved, the amount will be credited directly into the bank account linked to your aadhaar card.
