- Children of employees of Cognizant, Cognizant Foundation and Buddy4Study are not eligible to apply.
- Students of India origin, from Pan India are eligible.

- Open for girls, students with disability and transgender students.
- Applicants must be pursuing diploma or undergraduate degree in Vocational Technical Education (VTE), Paramedical Sciences and Allied Health Sciences, commencing the academic year 2022-23 At top NAAC accredited colleges (above A rating) and/or NIRF-ranked Institutions and/or Government recognized ITI, Technical and other institutes with good reputation and placement track record.
