Under the scheme of Carnegie Mellon University Academic Merit Scholarships, Australia 2018, graduates who wish to pursue a Master’s degree from CMU will receive financial help in the form of 10% to 40% tuition fee waiver and several other benefits.

Eligibility criteria
To be eligible to apply for this scholarship, an applicant must have obtained a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
In case, a student does not have a valid score of either GRE (minimum 300) or GMAT (minimum 600), he/she can sit for CMU Institutional Maths Online Test.
English language proficiency is a must.
Also, if the candidate is applying for a 12-month track course, he/she must display a professional work experience of more than 3 years.

Apart from receiving a globally recognised degree from the CMU, students will get a 2-year post-study-work visa in Australia. Also, the successful students will receive up to 40% of tuition fee waiver, internship, an industry-based project and various other benefits.
Terms and conditions
Students do not need to pay any application fee while applying for the scholarship. Also, the courses for which aspiring candidates can apply are Master’s degree courses in Information Technology Management, Business Intelligence & Data Analytics, Cyber Security and Public Policy & Management. Last but not the least, this scholarship is applicable for only August 2018 intake for which the deadline is 15 June 2018.
