Bharathidasan University Admission Process 2026: Department Exam-Based (M.Sc. and M.Tech.)
Some M.Sc. and M.Tech. programmes are selected through a department-conducted entrance examination instead of qualifying marks alone. This applies to M.Sc. Chemistry, Physics, Microbiology, Biotechnology and Medical Physics and the 6-year integrated M.Tech. programmes in Biotechnology, Computer Science & Engineering and Geological Technology & Geoinformatics.
Step 1 – Register and apply through the BDU admission portal at oms.bdu.ac.in/admissions, upload the required documents, and pay the admission processing fee (₹500 general, ₹250 for SC, ST and SC-A).
Step 2 – Download the entrance examination hall ticket from the portal once released.
Step 3 – Appear for the entrance examination conducted by the concerned department on the notified date.
Step 4 – Check the entrance examination rank list published by the department.
Step 5 – Check the selection and waiting list published for counselling and admission.
Step 6 – Attend counselling as intimated by the department.
Step 7 – Report with original certificates and pay the course fee within the notified date to confirm admission.
Bharathidasan University Admission Process 2026 MBA Admission Process (TANCET-Based)
Admission to the M.B.A., M.B.A. International Business and M.B.A. Logistics and Supply Chain Management programmes are conducted through TANCET.
Step 1 – Register and apply for TANCET at tancet.annauniv.edu, upload the required documents, pay the fee and appear for the exam on the notified date.
Step 2 – Once TANCET results are declared, register for counselling on tn-mbamca.com and complete document verification and choice filling for Bharathidasan School of Management.
Step 3 – Check the tentative seat allotment, confirm it within the notified window and download the provisional/final allotment order.
Step 4 – Submit the allotment order directly to the Director, Bharathidasan School of Management, candidates should not apply to the university separately.
Step 5 – Complete document verification and pay the course fee within the notified date to confirm admission.
Bharathidasan University Admission Process 2026 B.P.Ed. Admission Process (Fitness Test-Based)
Admission to B.P.Ed. is based on the Proficiency Test, Physical Fitness Test, and marks obtained in the qualifying examination, conducted by the Department of Physical Education and Yoga.
