Step 5

Under the Education section, click on ‘Add Education Details’ and fill the below-given details in accordance to the type of course you have selected. All fields in this section are mandatory.

  • Class/Degree
  • Passing year
  • Institute name
  • Marks obtained/Grade
  • Total marks/CGPA

Click on Submit and then click on ‘Continue to next step’ at the bottom right of the page once you have filled in all the details.

Step 6

Under the Family Earnings section, click on ‘Add Family Income’ and fill the below-given details. All fields in this section are mandatory.

Relation with the candidate

Occupation

Absolute annual income

Click on Submit and then click on ‘Continue to next step’ at the bottom right of the page once you have filled in all the details.

Step 7

Under the Interest in Courses section, select the discipline/s that you would like to apply for. The options will be shown depending upon your selection of course in the personal details section (undergraduate/postgraduate). You can also check the course details for both undergraduate and postgraduate courses from the same page.

Note: You need to select at least one course for the scholarship in order to move to the next section.

Click on ‘Continue to next step’ at the bottom right of the page once you have selected the desired discipline/s.

Step 8

Under the Documents section, click on ‘Upload Document’ and select document name from the given dropdown menu and then browse a document from your computer. Click on ‘Upload Document’ and then on ‘Continue to next step’ at the bottom right of the page once you have uploaded all the documents.

Note: You need to submit the required documents as per the instructions given on the top of the page.

Step 9

Under the Qualitative Achievement section, fill the below-given details:

Tell us About Yourself: Write about your personal story with your family background, strengths, qualities, challenges, achievements and more, within 300 words.

Tell us About Your Career Aspirations and How this Scholarship Will Help You: Write about what you want to become and how the scholarship will help you achieve your dreams, within 300 words.

Click on ‘Continue to next step’ at the bottom right of the page once you have filled the details.

Step 10

Under the Work Experience section, you need to mention if you have any prior work experience.

If you choose ‘Yes’ you need to add the work experience and submit.

If you choose ‘No’ you can move to the next section.

Click on ‘Continue to next step’ at the bottom right of the page once you have filled the details.

Step 11

The Summary section shows you all the details you filled in from Step 3 to Step 10. Take a close look at all the details and submit if everything is correct. If not, you can go back to previous sections and make the desired changes.

Click on ‘Submit’ at the bottom right of the page to submit your final application.

Step 12

Based on your application and merit, you will be shortlisted for a short telephonic interview round.

Step 13

If you clear the telephonic round, you need to apply for UCC admission application form to receive conditional admission offer letter.
