California Institute of Technology

Also known as Caltech, the California Institute of Technology is a private doctorate-granting university California. Established in 1891, it is one of the world’s best universities, offering courses such as Biology & Biological Engineering, Chemistry & Chemical Engineering, Engineering & Applied Science, Geological & Planetary Sciences, Humanities & Social Sciences, Physics, Mathematics & Astronomy. Caltech has six academic divisions, giving major significance to science and engineering. Stanford University

It is a private research university in Stanford, California. Founded by California senator Leland Stanford and his wife Jane in 1885, the university was established with the objective to promote the public welfare by exercising an influence on behalf of humanity and civilization.

The university has 40 academic departments at the undergraduate and graduate level and also has four professional schools under it. In the United States, Stanford’s undergraduate program is one of the top three most selective programs.

Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)

When it comes to advancement and technology, the MIT has contributed a lot and has secured 4th rank on the list of best engineering colleges for Indian students. In the overall ranking, the university has secured No 1 ranking for five consecutive years from 2013 to 2016. The university is also known for conducting various research programs on climate change and electromagnetic. The university has around 1,000 faculty members, more than 11,000 undergraduate, and graduate students.

National University of Singapore

Founded in 1905, the National University of Singapore is the oldest university of Singapore. The university has secured 8th rank on the list of best engineering colleges across the world. Every year, around 35000 students get enrolled in the university. The university also provides ‘needs-blind admission’ to the students who are found to be excellent in academics.
