1. Appear in CUET (UG) conducted by NTA and obtain a scorecard.

20% State Seats: Of the total intake, 20% are reserved as State Seats for students from Sikkim or those who have passed their qualifying examination from institutions within Sikkim, subject to CUET score.

Sikkim University Admission 2026 – PG Admission Process

1. Register online at https://cuscuet.samarth.edu.in/pg/index.php/ using your CUET (PG) score.

2. Create an ABC ID before submitting the form.

3. NSS volunteers with a minimum of 200 hours of service receive 5 grace marks above CUET score.

4. Sports persons receive 10% additional weightage over CUET score on verification.

Sikkim University PhD Admission Process 2026 

1. Register online at https://cusadmission.samarth.edu.in/ with your UGC-NET or equivalent score.

2. Applications are scrutinised; shortlisted candidates are called for a departmental interview.

3. Final merit is based on 70% weightage to NET score and 30% weightage to interview performance.

4. Pay fees online within the notified date and physically report by 10th–13th July 2026.

Sikkim University Admission Procedure – PhD (Non-NET Subjects)

1. Register online and appear for the University Entrance Test (written) conducted on 22nd June 2026.

2. Candidates must secure at least 50% marks in the written test (45% for SC/ST/OBC/DA/EWS) to qualify for the interview held on 23rd June 2026.

3. Final merit is calculated on the basis of 70% written test + 30% interview.
