Bhavesh: Since childhood, I was fond of machines and had an interest in knowing about how they work. Also, during college, I was good at Mathematics and Physics out of which Physics was my favourite subject. All these things together led me to choose Mechanical Engineering as a career.
Buddy4Study: What were the key challenges faced by you during the course of your journey to reach here?
Bhavesh: The major challenge that I faced during my educational journey was fulfilling my academic expenses. Since my mother is the only earning person in our family, her income is not sufficient enough to meet my educational expenses as I am studying in a private college. This problem got solved by Marubeni scholarship.

Bhavesh: Former President of India Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam and Swami Vivekanand are two renowned personalities who are the inspiration of my life. Their qualities like simple living and high thinking inspire me a lot. Also, I consider the difficult situations that test my patience as a source of inspiration.
Buddy4Study: How has your family supported you in your venture to pursue this course?
Bhavesh: My family has supported me a lot throughout my journey. In fact, whatever I have been able to study, is only because of their extensive support, especially my mother who has made so many sacrifices to let me complete my education.
Buddy4Study: How did you come to know about the Marubeni Scholarship? What were the steps followed to avail the scholarship?

Buddy4Study: What are your ambitions in the future and how do you plan to execute them?
Bhavesh: My long-term goal is to become an IAS officer. To achieve this goal, I need to prepare for the UPSC exam along with my engineering studies. I have started preparing the basics for this exam. Also, I am preparing for the GATE exam so that I can get a good job in public sector companies.
Buddy4Study: Any piece of advice that you would like to impart to other potential aspirants like you who are constrained by various challenges towards pursuing higher education?
Bhavesh: I think I am not ready to answer this question yet because I still have a long journey to accomplish. However, based on my experiences till date, I would advise the students like me that never lose faith in yourself because of any challenge you face. Keep fighting and keep struggling because if there is a will, there is always a way to achieve it.
