MahaDBT Login 2024-25 – Step-by-Step Guide
In order to register and apply for the MahaDBT scholarships, applicants should ensure they have scanned copies of their mark sheets, family income certificates, and other essential documents before initiating the registration and login process on MahaDBT portal.

- Under “Select option to capture,” choose the “NITGEN” option.
- Place your thumb on the Biometric Kit.
- Your fingerprint will be validated, and the data will appear on the screen.
- After the data is displayed, enter your username and password, then click “Save“.

- Enter your Aadhaar number and click on the “Send OTP” button. The system will validate your Aadhaar number and send a system-generated OTP to your registered mobile number.
- An alert message will appear stating, “OTP for Aadhaar authentication has been sent to your Aadhaar-linked registered mobile number“. Click on the “OK” button.
- Enter the OTP you received and click on the “Verify OTP” button.

Aadhaar seeding with a bank account is crucial for beneficiaries of various Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) schemes. It ensures receiving of the benefits directly into the seeded accounts. Students who have been unable to receive their Post-Matric Scholarship DBT due to lack of Aadhaar seeding are advised to visit the nearest Post Office to open an India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) account with Aadhaar seeding. To open the account, the following documents are required:
