Google Scholarship – Eligibility Conditions

Women Techmakers Scholars Program (formerly known as Google Anita Borg Memorial Scholarship Program)	The scholarship is open for female candidates only (including undergraduate or graduate students). They must be enrolled at a recognised university for the current academic year. The students who are graduates for the respective academic year can apply. They must be pursuing studies in computer science, computer engineering or any other related technical field. They must be able to demonstrate a strong academic record and passion for increasing the involvement of women in computer science.
Google Venkat Panchapakesan Memorial Scholarship	The scholarship is open for undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled in a university/college in India. They must be pursuing a degree programme in computer engineering, computer science or other related fields.
Google Conference and Travel Scholarships	The scholarship is open for students worldwide. To attend a conference in India, the applicant must be enrolled in a recognised university. The applicants’ must be in need of a conference travel fund. They must have a paper accepted with a top-tier conference on computer science. Preference will be given to a conference whose research area is strongly related to Google’s interest. The applicant is required to be the primary author of the accepted paper.
Doodle 4 Google India Contest	The students of Class 1 to 10 are eligible to enter the contest. They need to have permission from their parents/guardians/school teachers. Note – The contest is not open for employees, contractors, interns, officials and representatives or affiliates.
Google India Code to Learn Contest	The contest is open for Indian students of Class 5 to 10 under the following groups – Class 5 and 6 Class 7 and 8 Class 9 and 10 (Note: The students can enter the contest only through their respective computer teachers).
Generation Google Scholarship	Female applicants who are studying Computer Science or any other related field are eligible to apply. They must be in 1st year or 2nd-year students in a bachelor’s program at an accredited university. They must demonstrate a strong academic record.
