1. Renewal Applications: These are for students who have already received the scholarship in the previous academic year and are continuing their studies in the next academic year.

CG Post Matric Scholarship – Eligibility criteria

  • The applicant must be a permanent resident of Chhattisgarh.
  • A valid caste certificate must be issued by a competent authority.
  • Annual family income should not exceed:
    • ₹2.50 lakh for SC and ST students.
    • ₹1.00 lakh for OBC students.
  • The applicant must be currently enrolled in a post-matric course and must provide the previous year’s examination result for the same course.

  • Aadhaar e-KYC authentication is mandatory. It verifies the student’s personal details and ensures the authenticity of the application, thereby maintaining the integrity of the scholarship system.
  • The scholarship amount will be disbursed through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) into the student’s Aadhaar-linked active bank account.
  • Students must ensure that their bank account is active and linked to both their Aadhaar and registered mobile number.
  • If a student does not have an Aadhaar-linked bank account, they must visit their bank and submit a bank consent form to facilitate scholarship disbursement.
