New Delhi, 01 August 2024-25: The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has invited applications for various scholarship schemes on the National Scholarship Portal 2024-25 (NSP portal 2024-25). Interested candidates can apply for scholarships on the official website of NSP. The last date to apply for the scholarship schemes is before the deadline of the respective scholarships.

In an official notification, AICTE announced that the NSP portal 2024-25 is now open for applications of the following schemes:

Candidates can check the guidelines of each NSP scholarship scheme on the website of AICTE. The council has advised students to submit their applications on time, so that institutions can verify them within the prescribed timeline. 

Note

  • AICTE informed that the last date for first and second level of verification of applications by institutions and state nodal officers is 15 January 2025.
  • AICTE has approved the Osmania University College of Engineering’s (OUCE) newly introduced undergraduate courses; Mining Engineering and Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), as well as a postgraduate course in Mining for the 2024-25 academic session. 

AICTE 2024-25 – ATAL FDP Calendar 

  • The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has launched the calendar of Training and Learning (ATAL) Faculty Development Programme (FDP) for the academic year 2024-25. 
  • The objective of redesigned ATAL Academy FDP 2024-25 is the effective implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2024-25.
  • The programme will focus on value addition through methods such as application of knowledge in emerging thrust areas, critical thinking, problem solving, team building, and project management.
  • As per AICTE, the new skills that students must gain from education are problem solving, critical thinking , creativity, people management, teamwork & collaborations, cognitive flexibility, and emotional intelligence.
