Stage 1: State-Level Exam Application
1. Visit the official SCERT Rajasthan portal at rajshaladarpan.rajasthan.gov.in.
2. Register using the student’s name, school details and Class 7 roll number.
3. Fill in all required personal and academic details.
4. Upload supporting documents as specified in the notification.
5. Submit the completed form before the last date.
6. Collect or download the application acknowledgement from the school.
7. Schools forward the applications to the District Education Officer for verification.
Stage 2: NSP OTR (On Time Registration)
1. Visit the National Scholarship Portal at scholarships.gov.in.
2. Register using the One Time Registration (OTR) ID.
3. Fill in the scholarship form with academic and bank details.
4. Upload the required documents.
5. Submit the form before the NMMS deadline. (June 1 to August 31, 2027).
