CGBSE 12th Exam Form 2027
Regular students fill the exam form through their schools. Students fill in their details, attach a recent passport-size photograph and pay the exam fee at school, and the school forwards the form to the board. Self-study (Swadhyayi) candidates apply online through recognised forwarding institutions.
Last year, the form window ran from October 1 to October 30, 2025, followed by a late-fee window. The 2027 form is expected to open in October 2026, so students should contact their schools now.┬а

CGBSE 12th Practical Exams 2027
CGBSE holds the practical and project exams before the theory papers, at the students’ own schools. In 2026, the practicals were held from January 1 to January 20. The 2027 practical dates will be announced with the timetable or in a separate notice.
CGBSE 12th Admit Card 2027
CGBSE releases the admit card online, and students can also collect it from their schools. Last year, the Class 12 admit card was released on February 18, 2026. Students could download it from cgbse.nic.in using their name and father’s name.
When you receive your admit card, check your name, roll number, school, exam centre and subjects carefully, and report any mistake to your school immediately. You must carry the admit card and your school ID card to every paper. No student is allowed into the exam centre without an admit card.
CG Board 12th Passing Marks and Second Main Exam
To pass the CG Board 12th exam, students must score at least 33% in the theory paper and 33% overall in each subject.
Since 2024, CGBSE has held its board exams twice a year. Students who do not pass the main exam in February and March can appear for the second main exam in July. The result of the second main exam is usually declared in August, so students can continue their studies without losing a year.

Scholarships After Class 12 in Chhattisgarh
After Class 12, students from reserved categories who join a degree, diploma or other higher education course can apply for the Chhattisgarh Post-Matric Scholarship.
