Bajaj Finserv Scholarship Program FY 2026-27 – Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Bajaj Finserv Scholarship Program FY 2026-27, applicants must fulfil the following eligibility requirements:
For Management Students
- Applicants must be enrolled in the first year of a full-time 2-year postgraduate program in MBA, PGDM or PGP.
- The scholarship is open across all management specialisations.
- Applicants must have secured a minimum of 75% marks or equivalent CGPA/grade in both Class 10 and Class 12.
- Annual parental income from all sources must not exceed INR 15 lakh.
- Applicants must be studying at a Top 25 NIRF-ranked college. Preference will be given to students from institutions ranked among the Top 10 in the NIRF Report 2025.
- Children of employees of Bajaj Finserv or Buddy4Study are not eligible to apply.
For Technology Students
- Applicants must be enrolled in the first year of a full-time 4-year undergraduate or 2-year postgraduate program.
- For B.E./B.Tech., eligible fields include Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Data Science and Statistics.
- For M.E./M.Tech., eligible fields include Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Data Science and Statistics.
- Applicants must have secured a minimum of 75% marks or equivalent CGPA/grade in both Class 10 and Class 12.
- Annual parental income from all sources must not exceed INR 15 lakh.
- Applicants must be studying at a Top 25 NIRF-ranked college. Preference will be given to students from institutions ranked among the Top 10 in the NIRF Report 2025.
- Children of employees of Bajaj Finserv or Buddy4Study are not eligible to apply.
Preference will be given to:
- Meritorious students from underserved backgrounds, including Persons with Disabilities (PwD), students from single-parent households due to death or divorce, and orphaned students.
- Students applying from institutions ranked among the Top 10 in the NIRF Report 2025.
- The applicant must not be an active beneficiary of any other private or government scholarship for the same course at the time of application.
- Exception: M.E./M.Tech. students receiving a government stipend may apply.

Additional provisions:
- MBA/PGDM/PGP students whose tuition fees are fully waived through a Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) or by the government/institution will be eligible for INR 2,50,000 per year towards hostel fees, mess charges and other essential academic expenses.
- Eligible M.E./M.Tech. students receiving the AICTE Post Graduate Scholarship through a valid GATE score will continue to receive the applicable AICTE stipend, subject to AICTE guidelines and eligibility conditions.
- The INR 1,50,000 annual scholarship for eligible M.E./M.Tech. students admitted through the regular admission process will be provided in addition to the applicable GATE stipend, where applicable.
- The applicable scholarship amount and institute category will be determined based on the approved fee structure and institute classification.
Scholarship Renewal
Scholarship renewal will be subject to the scholar meeting the prescribed renewal criteria, including:
- Academic Continuity: The scholar must continue in the enrolled course without dropping out or discontinuing.
- Academic Performance: A minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade as per institutional norms must be maintained.
- Document Submission: Required documents, including proof of enrolment, marksheets and fee payment receipts, must be submitted on time.
- Code of Conduct: The scholar must have no record of disciplinary action during the course of study. A self-declaration is required.
- Exclusivity of Support: The scholar must not avail of another scholarship or financial aid of a similar nature in parallel during the tenure of this scholarship.
- Fund Utilisation Report: A scholarship fund utilisation report along with relevant supporting documents must be submitted.
- Progress Tracking: Regular and timely updates regarding academic progress and supporting documents must be provided.
- Monthly/Quarterly Progress Reporting: Scholars must submit a regular progress report of 300–400 words covering academic progress, skill development, participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities, club or committee roles, achievements, event participation, volunteering/seva hours, initiatives undertaken, professional development efforts, challenges and key learnings or reflections.
- Availability of Funds: Renewal is subject to the availability of funds with the scholarship provider.
Note: Exceptional renewal requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to review and approval by the evaluation committee.
