WB HS Semester 3 Routine 2027: Remaining Papers
The Semester 3 routine was revised twice. On September 10, WBCHSE moved the papers scheduled for October 5, 6 and 7, 2026 to October 12, 13 and 14, 2026, because of the by-elections in the Rejinagar and Nandigram assembly constituencies. A later revision moved all vocational subject papers from September 22 to October 13, 2026, in the second sitting (2:00 pm to 3:00 pm), because of the Karam Puja holiday.

WB HS Exam 2027 Registration Process

WB HS Admit Card 2027
Students cannot download admit cards directly from the portal. Schools will download the admit cards and distribute them to students.
Important Student Instructions:

Documents Required and Exam Day Rules
WBCHSE has tightened invigilation measures for the 2027 board examinations. Below are the key rules announced for Semester 3; students should expect similar guidelines to apply for Semester 4.
Candidates are required to bring a valid WB HS admit card along with their school identity card to every examination session.
Exam day rules:
1. Reach the exam centre at least 30 minutes before the reporting time.
2. Only a pen and pencil are allowed inside the exam hall.
3. Mobile phones, calculators and other electronic gadgets are banned. Anyone caught with a gadget will have their examination and enrollment cancelled.
4. Sealed question papers are opened in front of the students.
5. Question papers are available in Bengali, English, and Hindi.
6. Each room has at least two invigilators, with one invigilator for every 20 students. CCTV cameras cover the main gates.
WB HS Passing Marks and Grading System 2027
Candidates are required to obtain a minimum of 30% marks in every subject to achieve a passing grade. The 30% passing threshold must be met independently in the theory paper as well as the practical or project work.
