Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi
One of the prominent educational institution of the country, LSR offers an undergraduate course of four years in elementary education, via, Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.). Registration for the course generally starts in the month of June every year.
Dept of Educational Studies, Jamia Millia Islamia
Started in December 1980, the Department of Educational Studies offers both regular and part time courses such as M.Phil./Ph.D. in Educational Studies, M.A. in Educational Planning & Administration, M.Ed. and PG Diploma in Educational Management. Interested students who wants to pursue educational courses from JMI, the admission forms come out in the month of February every year.
Lady Irwin College
Founded in 1932, the Lady Irwin College is exclusively for women and is affiliated to the University of Delhi. The college offers B.Ed. in Home Science and B.Ed. Special Education (Mental Retardation) to the girl students. To seek admission in these courses, the candidates have to go through entrance exam. The entrance test is conducted every year in the month of either June or July.
