The Telangana government is offering Post-Matric Scholarships (PMS) to meritorious students for the 2025-26 academic year. The application window is currently open and will remain active until December 31, 2025. Telangana Post-Matric Scholarship – Eligibility Criteria 

  • The scheme covers students belonging to SC, ST, BC, EBC, minority, and disabled categories within the prescribed income limits.
  • Students must be admitted under the convener Quota in courses and colleges whose admission process is regulated by the state government.
  • Applicable to all universities and affiliated colleges recognized by the government.

SC Students: Family income up to ₹2.50 lakh per annum

ST Students: Family income up to ₹2.00 lakh per annum

BC, EBC, Minority Students

  • Rural: Up to ₹1.50 lakh per annum
  • Urban: Up to ₹2.00 lakh per annum

  • Studied in government junior colleges, government residential junior colleges, or were sponsored to corporate colleges by the welfare department
  • Secured an EAMCET rank up to 10,000
  • Secured an ECET integrated rank up to 1000

Career Assessment Test

Reimbursement of Tuition Fee (RTF) covers all non-refundable college fees as fixed by the university or regulatory bodies. These amounts are paid directly to the colleges.
