PHINIA Scholarship Program 2024-25 – Eligibility

To qualify for the scholarship, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Enrollment: Female students in their 2nd year or later of B.Tech./B.E. programs at GSSS Institute of Engineering and Technology for Women, Mysuru.
• Academic Performance: A minimum of 60% marks in both Class 12 and the 1st year/ previous academic year of the B.Tech./B.E examination.
• Family Income: The total annual family income from all sources must not exceed INR 5 lakh.

Exclusion: Children of employees or contractual staff of PHINIA, Buddy4Study, and their affiliates are not eligible.

PHINIA Scholarship Program 2024-25 – Award Details

The selected candidates will receive 50% of the annual tuition fees for the academic year. They will receive reimbursement for the fees paid during the current academic year.

The fee reimbursement will be applicable to the following fee structure for the academic year 2024-25.

Fee Structure for 2024-25

• K-CET Admission: INR 1,15,415 per annum
• Comed-K Admission: INR 1,95,900 per annum

• The fee structure may vary annually. Any changes require prior written approval from PHINIA before disbursement.

Eligible candidates can apply for the PHINIA Scholarship Program 2024-25 online by following the steps mentioned below –

• Login to Buddy4Study with your registered ID and land on the ‘Application Form Page.’
  • Register at Buddy4Study with your email/mobile/Google account if you are not registered.
• You will now be redirected to the ‘PHINIA Scholarship Program 2024-25’ application form page.
• Click on the ‘Start Application’ button to begin the application process.
• Fill in the required details in the online application form.
• Upload relevant documents.
• Accept the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and click on ‘Preview’. 
• If all the details filled in by the applicant are correctly showing on the preview screen, click the ‘Submit’ button to complete the application process.

PHINIA Program 2024-25 – Documents Required Scholarship 

Applicants need to upload the following documents:

1. Photograph: Recent passport-size photograph.

2. Identity Proof: Aadhaar Card, Ration Card, or Voter ID (for both the scholar and her parents).

3. Admission Proof: Current year fee receipt, admission letter, institution ID card, or bonafide certificate.

4. Academic Records: Mark sheets for Class 10, 12, and the previous academic year of B.Tech./B.E.

5. Family Income Proof (any one):

• Income proof issued by Gram Panchayat (signed and stamped)
• Income proof issued by Tehsildar/ Block Development Officer (for rural areas)
• Affidavit for orphans/ single parent-child (where the family lost the earning member)
• Below the Poverty Line (BPL)/ Ration Card

6. Bank Details: Copy of the cancelled cheque/ passbook copy of the scholar to which the scholarship fund shall be transferred if the applicant is selected.
