NMMS Maharashtra 2026-27 – Eligibility Criteria

Students must meet all conditions below to apply for NMMS Maharashtra 2026-27.

1. Class: Must be studying in Class 8 as a regular student.

2. School Type: Must be enrolled in a government, government-aided, or local body school (Zilla Parishad, Municipal Corporation, or Municipal Council).

3. Minimum Marks: Must have secured at least 55% marks in the Class 7 annual examination (minimum 50% for SC/ST candidates).

4. Family Income: The annual family income from all sources must not exceed ₹3,50,000.

NMMS Maharashtra 2026-27 – Exam Pattern

The NMMS exam has two papers: Mental Ability Test (MAT) and Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT). Both are conducted on the same day in offline (OMR-based) mode. There is no negative marking.

NMMS Maharashtra Scholarship Renewal Conditions

Students must meet these conditions every year to continue receiving the scholarship:
