SSCL Urban Learning Internship 2022 is an initiative of Shivamogga Smart City Limited (an Indian Non- Government Company of Karnataka) via the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) internship portal. The internship is meant for B.Sc., M.Sc., and MCA students. The selected candidates are eligible for the internship of INR 5,000 per month.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible for the internship, an applicant must -
- be B.Sc., M.Sc, MCA degree student
- be passed out from urban learning stream
- be available for a duration of 6 months
- be proficient in GIS
- have interest in learning urban section office and site work
Benefits Interns will receive INR 5,000 per month with a certificate of internship completion.

How can you apply? Eligible students can apply for the internship using the below-mentioned steps -
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button.
Step 2: Navigate to the ‘Apply Now’ tab at the bottom of the page.
Step 3: When the page opens, click on the ‘Student’ icon.
Step 4: Click on ‘Register Now’ and fill in the details.
Step 5: After successful registration, log in using valid credentials.
Step 6: Fill in the required details and submit.

Selection Criteria
The selection of the applicants will be done on the basis of their skills, desired role and locational preferences through telephonic interview followed by virtual interview.

Terms and Conditions
- This is a full-time internship and applicants must be available for 6 months.
- Candidates should be encouraged to pursue projects in areas of interest that also benefit the ULB/smart city.
- Candidates must work as per a structured work plan created by the municipal professionals.
- Violation of the ULB/smart city’s policy will lead to dismissal of interns.
- Perform other duties as the supervisor may tell, from time to time is necessary.
- Candidates must not disclose confidential information to any person, or entity, failing in following the rules of the agreement will result in strict action.
