Pre Matric Scholarship for OBC Students, Punjab 2021-22 is an initiative for OBC students studying in class 1 to 10. The selected students will be awarded variable benefits.
Pre Matric Scholarship for OBC Students, Punjab 2021-22
DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Be an Indian citizen
- Be a domicile of Punjab
- Be studying in class 1 to 10
- Belong to Other Backward Classes
- Have a family income of not more than INR 2,50,000 per annum
Benefits The students will receive variable awards in the following ways -
- Day scholars- Class 1 to 10 INR 1,500 per annum
- Hosteller: Class 3 to 10 INR 5,500 per annum
Documents - Aadhar card
- Income certificate
- Caste certificate
- Domicile certificate
- Copy of bank account
How can you apply? Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship through the following steps -

Step 3: To apply, visit the "e-Punjab" website.
Important Dates
- Opening of Portal: 4th August 2021
- The last date of submission of online applications: 31st August 2021
- The last date for the Schools to approve and forward online data to Districts: 2nd September 2021
- The last for the Schools to correct temporary rejections and forward online data to districts: 2nd September 2021
- Districts to approve and forward online data to State: 31 August 2021- 6th September 2021.

All the applicants meeting the eligibility criteria will be considered for this scholarship.
