Poem Writing Competition on Water Conservation 2022

The candidates will be selected based on the competition results and the fulfilment of the eligibility criteria. 

• Multiple entries by a child are not allowed.
• Poem should contain a minimum of 10 lines and can be both in Hindi as well as English.
• The applicants must be the sole author and owner of the copyright of the content submitted and the same should not have been previously published in any print and digital media.
• The entry must not contain any provocative, objectionable or inappropriate content.
• National Water Mission, MoJS and MyGov do not accept any liability for the publication of unlawfully reproduced contents.
• National Water Mission, MoJS and MyGov take no responsibility for corrupted or late entry.
• The winning entries would become the intellectual property of the National Water Mission, Ministry of Jal Shakti and the winner shall not exercise any right over it. The Ministry will have unfettered right to modify the prize-winning entry and may use them for promotional purposes, Information, Education and Communication materials and also for any other use as can be deemed appropriate.
• The participant should make sure that their MyGov profile is accurate and updated since the Ministry would be using this for further communication. This includes details such as name, photo, complete postal address, email ID and phone number. Entries with incomplete profiles would not be considered.  
• Each of the winners will be notified through the email address that they provide with their submission. MyGov (www.mygov.in) portal will display the names of winners.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw from the competition at any time. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions.
• These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the Indian Judiciary.
