IIT Patna invites applications from all students, innovators and members of the faculty to participate in the Hack-E-Thon 2018. The Hack-E-Thon aims encourage students to find solutions for some of the key challenges faced by India along with providing them with an opportunity to get a cash reward and seed funding.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility All students, innovators and faculty members are eligible to participate in this Hack-E-Thon.
Benefits All three winning teams will get a chance to pitch their idea for incubation before the Project Evaluation Team of ICIIT Patna to get a seed funding of up to INR 10 Lac.
How can you apply? Step 1: Click here to open the Hack-E-Thon webpage.
Step 2: Register/login on the portal to continue.
Step 3: Fill in the required details mentioned at the bottom of the webpage and select the issue you want to work on.
Step 4: Share the description of your idea on the section shared or by uploading it in PDF format and then submit to complete the application.

Winner Announcement: 9 September 2018
Selection Criteria
A preliminary scrutiny will be done by a committee of ICIITP to shortlist top 10 applications for the final round.
The winners of the competition will be judged by a jury, consisting of expert members appointed by Incubation Centre, IIT Patna.
Terms and Conditions
- The venue for Hack-E-Thon will be IIT Patna premises.
- The teams should have minimum 2 and maximum 4 members.
- The final round participants will be provided lodging & boarding facilities.
- The final round participants are also eligible for travel reimbursement.
