Esri India Master's Scholarship Program 2023 is an opportunity offered by Esri India* to students who are at the beginning of 2nd year of their postgraduate course [M.Tech./M.Sc.] in Geoinformatics or a course that involves studying remote sensing, GIS, spatial modelling, spatial analysis, digital image processing for GIS and related subjects, for their respective students. A total of 10 selected students will receive an annual scholarship of INR 1 lakh.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must:
- be of 18 years of age
- be residents of India
- be at the beginning of 2nd year of a postgraduate course [M.Tech./M.Sc.] in Geoinformatics or a course that involves:
- Remote sensing
- GIS
- Spatial modeling
- Spatial analysis
- Digital image processing for GIS and related subjects
Note - The scholarship program applies to students who get promoted to the second year of the course.
Benefits A total of 10 selected students will receive an annual one-time scholarship of INR 1 lakh.
Also, the selected candidates will also receive an ArcGIS Personal Use License for 1 year.
Documents - Self-attested copy of the student’s permanent address proof
- Self-attested copy of the student’s Institute ID-Card
- Student’s previous
- First-year marksheet
- Synopsis of GIS projects done
- A Statement of Purpose of about 250 words
How can you apply? Eligible candidates can apply for the opportunity by following the below-mentioned steps:
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button.
Step 2: Click the 'Register' button and fill in the required registration details. (Note - If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email Id)
Step 3: Read the details carefully and download the application form.
Step 4: Fill in the required details, attach the necessary documents and get the form signed by the student, Head/Dean/Director of the Institute/University and stamp it.
Step 5: Send the scanned copy of the form along with the documents through email at - gis.education@esri.in

Selection Criteria
The applications will be evaluated by a Jury. Institutes/Universities will be notified about the shortlisted candidates who will have to appear for a virtual interview.
The final selection will be done based on the interview results and other submitted documents.
The decision of the Jury with regard to the selection of the applicants for the scholarship will be FINAL.

Terms and Conditions
- The bank details provided by the student, along with the scanned copy of a cancelled cheque, for receiving the scholarship will be considered final for crediting the amount. The company disclaims any liability due to student/ third-party actions or omissions.
- Esri India reserves the right to withdraw, change the value or cancel the scholarship money or change the mode of payment, at its sole discretion.
- Applicant must ensure that all submissions submitted to the Company are not subject to controls requiring government authorization for the export or release of certain technology and technical data.
- Any false information provided within the context of the scholarship program by the applicant concerning identity, mailing address, telephone number, email address, ownership of right or non-compliance with these terms and conditions or the like may result in the immediate elimination of the applicant from the scholarship program without any notice.
