Danish Professional Education Scholarship 2022-23 is an opportunity offered by the Danish Educational Trust (NGO) to students (boys & girls) pursuing Engineering, Medicine, Law, Journalism, Veterinary Sciences, Agriculture Sciences, Education and Civil Services. The main aim of the scholarship is to identify talented youth and take care of their basic economic needs in order to enable them to fully devote their attention towards the attainment of education and the building of personality. The selected candidates will receive up to INR 35,000 (one-time).

- have taken admission in 1st year of one the following professional courses -
- B.E.
- B.Tech.
- B.Arch.
- MBBS
- BUMS
- BAMS
- BHMS
- B.V.Sc.
- B.Sc. Agriculture
- B.Sc Forestry
- B.Pharma
- Pharma D
- BSc Nursing
- BDS (Dental) & BPT (Physiotherapy)
- have taken admission in 1st year of one the following law courses -
- BA LLB
- B.Com.
- LLB & LLM
- Journalism Courses - BA (Journalism)
- MA/ MS (Journalism/ Mass Communication)
- Education Courses (BA B.Ed/ B.Sc./ B.Ed / B.Ed.)
Note - 1st year BDS, BSc Nursing & BPT (Physiotherapy) are also eligible to apply for the scholarship along with existing courses listed above.
Benefits The selected candidates will receive a one-time scholarship in the following ways -
- For MBBS - INR 35,000
- For BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BPharma, Pharm D - INR 30,000
- For B.E., B.Tech, B.Arch - INR 25,000
- For BVSc, B.Sc Agriculture, B.Sc Forestry - INR 20,000
- For BSc Nursing & BPT (Physiotherapy) - INR 20,000
- For Journalism & Law Courses - INR 20,000
- For BA B.Ed, BSc B.Ed, B.Ed Courses - INR 15,000
Note - The Danish Educational Trust can increase/decrease the amount of scholarship depending on the number of applications.
Documents - Recent color passport-size photograph
- SSLC/ Class 10 marksheet
- 2nd PUC/ Class 12 marksheet
- Marksheet of final semester of UG (Note - Only for PG Students)
- NEET 2022 Hall Ticket (If applicable)
- KCET 2022 Hall Ticket (If applicable)
- NEET 2022 / KCET 2022 / DIET / University Admission Order (If applicable)
- Student aadhaar Card
- Bank passbook first page/ cancelled cheque
- BPL card of family (If applicable)
- Income Certificate or Income & Caste Certificate issued by Revenue Department
- Fee Paid Receipt (Partial/Full Payment) of current year 2022-2023
- Disability certificate issued by Govt. of Karnataka or issued by registered Doctor on letterhead (In case of persons with special needs)
- Death certificate of parent (In case of orphans)
How can you apply? Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship using the steps listed below -
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button below and read all details.
Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button on the right-hand side of the dashboard and fill in the required details to 'Register'. (Note - If already registered, log in using the registered email Id.)
Step 3: Click on the 'Apply' button given at the bottom of the page.

Selection Criteria
The candidates will be selected based on the fulfilment of eligibility criteria, financial background and merit. The application will be scrutinized by the trust.
Terms and Conditions
- The documents uploaded online will be verified with the hard copy of the documents received.
- Shortlisted students will be verified/interviewed via house verification/video call/house visit.
- The panel of trustees will do the final selection based on the merit & financial background of the student.
- A few of the selected students will be invited to the scholarship program in Bangalore.
- The rest of the selected students will receive the scholarship amount via online transfer to their bank account.
