Alstom India Scholarship 2023-24 is an initiative by the Alstom India that aims to provide financial support to students across India to help them pursue their higher education and prevent them from dropout. Under this scholarship, students studying in any year of ITI/diploma, general graduation, or graduation (engineering) in STEM courses will be provided with one-time financial assistance of up to INR 75,000 to cover their academic expenses. Students pursuing graduation in STEM at any of the Alstom India specified institutions are also eligible to apply.

Alstom India Scholarship for ITI/Diploma Courses 2023-24
Deadline15-Oct-2023 Eligibility Read More- Students enrolled in ITI/diploma courses (any year) for FY 2023-24 are eligible.
- Applicants must have secured at least 60% marks in their previous academic year/semester.
- The annual family income of the applicants must be less than or equal to INR 6,00,000 from all sources.
- The scholarship is open to students residing anywhere in India but are studying in locations such as Chennai (Tamil Nadu), Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu), Kolkata (West Bengal), Madhepura (Bihar), Sri City (Andhra Pradesh), or Vadodara (Gujarat).
Note: The scholarship is open for all categories (no preference will be given to students belonging to any of the categories). The selection will be purely made on the basis of the specified eligibility criteria.
Benefits: INR 24,000

If selected, how will I receive the scholarship fund?
Upon selection, the scholarship grant will be transferred directly to the scholars' bank account.
Will I get this scholarship for subsequent years of my studies?
No. This is a one-time scholarship. However, the final decision on subsequent year scholarship renewal will lie with Alstom India based on the availability of funds.
Will the student receive the scholarship if she/he is unable to pay the fee to an institute?
In a situation where the student/family is unable to pay the institute & unable to provide fee receipts, they can submit a fee letter (issued by the institute) to get the scholarship amount in advance. However, they need to submit the final receipts. The decision for the same will be taken by the scholarship provider.
