Yoga for 9 to 5 Contest 2018 invites applications from Indian citizens. The objective of the contest is to generate awareness regarding benefits of Yoga at workplace for women.

Benefits Yoga For 9 to 5 Contest 2018 will provide INR 2,000 to the winner.
How can you apply? - To participate, an applicant needs to take a self-demonstrated video or multiple pictures of self while doing easy and doable Asanas at the workplace.
- Then, the video or pictures must be submitted to the email: creativecorner.mwcd@gmail.com
Selection Criteria
The entries will be judged based on elements of creativity, originality, composition, simplicity, technical excellence, artistic merit and visual impact.

- The employees of Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India as well as their family members are not allowed to take part in this competition.
- The content of the entry must not be provocative, objectionable or inappropriate in any way.
- Any legal proceedings arising out of the competition/ its entries/ winners shall be subject to the local jurisdiction of Delhi State.
