University of Kerala PhD Admission 2016

Documents attached with the application form:

1. All fee issued by demand draft by the State Bank of Travancore, State Bank of India or the District Co-Operative Bank drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, University of Kerala, payable at Thiruvananthapuram. Photocopy of master's degree certificate, mark list and caste certificates attested by a Gazetted Officer should be attached with the downloaded application.
2. Applicants who have qualified from outside Universities of Kerala should also produce copy of eligibility certificate.
3. The photograph on the hard copy of the downloaded application form should be duly attested by the Gazetted Officer.
4. Applicants who have appeared for the final semesters or year of the master's degree examination and whose results are still awaited should send a copy of the Hall Ticket attested by Gazetted Officer along.
