Description

RMIT International student Scholarship is a Australia based University which announces three different types of scholarship for Indian students.

  • Global Leaders Scholarships for Indian Students
  • Science, Engineering and Health scholarships for Indian students (postgraduate)
  • Science, Engineering and Health scholarships for Indian students (undergraduate)

Scholarships include financial support for students from diverse backgrounds, rewards for academic excellence and full scholarships for research students.

 

Eligibility

Global Leaders Scholarships for Indian Students

In order to qualify for this scholarship you must:

  • be an Indian citizen
  • be applying from India
  • enrol in one of the following postgraduate programs in Semester 2 2016;
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) (Executive)
    • Master of Business Information Technology
    • Master of Supply Chain and Logistics Management
  • have an excellent academic background (students must have a minimum score of 70% from a Section 1 institution or 75% from a Section 2 or 3 institution

Science, Engineering and Health scholarships for Indian students (postgraduate) 

In order to qualify for this scholarship you must:

  • be an Indian citizen
  • be applying from India
  • enrol in a Masters by Coursework in Computer ScienceInformation TechnologyEngineering orBiotechnology commencing in Semester 2 2016
  • have an excellent academic background (students must have a minimum score of 70% from a Section 1 institution or 75% from a Section 2 or 3 institution).

Science, Engineering and Health scholarships for Indian students (undergraduate)

In order to qualify for this scholarship you must:

  • be an Indian citizen
  • be applying from India
  • have an excellent academic background (to be considered you will need the following score from academic subjects: Central Board - 70% State Board - 75%)
  • enrol in an undergraduate program offered by the College of Science, Engineering and Health in Semester 2 2016. The program must be offered by one of the following schools:

Terms and conditions (Global Leaders Scholarships for Indian Students)

  • The scholarship will be paid at AU$10,000 (one off payment). The AU$10,000 will be deducted from your first semester’s tuition fees.
  • The scholarship will only be paid once.
  • This scholarship cannot be deferred to another year and must be taken up in Semester 2 2016.
  • Applicants with a conditional offer will need to meet the conditions of their offer before they can accept the scholarship offer.
  • Scholarships are only available for the following postgraduate programs:
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) (Executive)
    • Master of Business Information Technology
    • Master of Supply Chain and Logistics Management
  • Scholarship selection is based on academic merit. The scholarships are competitive, with academic achievement forming the basis for scholarship selection.
  • Applications will be considered and scholarships offered on a rolling basis until all scholarships have been awarded.
  • Successful applicants will be notified within 4 weeks of lodging the scholarship application; unsuccessful applicants will not be contacted.
  • RMIT International may profile scholarship recipients.

Terms and conditions (Science, Engineering and Health scholarships for Indian students (postgraduate) )

  • The scholarship will be paid at AU$5,000 per year for the duration of the program up to a maximum of AU$10,000.
  • Scholarship will only be paid for the normal full-time duration of the program.
  • This scholarship cannot be deferred to another year and must be taken up in Semester 2 2016.
  • Applicants with a conditional offer will need to meet the conditions of their offer before they can be awarded the scholarship.
  • Scholarships are only available for Masters by Coursework in:
  • Scholarship selection is based on academic merit. The Scholarships are competitive, with academic achievement forming the basis for scholarship selection.
  • Applications will be considered and scholarships offered on a rolling basis until all scholarships have been awarded.
  • Scholarships will be awarded on the following dates (1 April, 2 May, 1 June) until all scholarships have been allocated. Unsuccessful applicants will not be contacted.
  • RMIT International may profile scholarship recipients.
