ONGC Swachhta Fellowship Program 2022-23 is an initiative by the ONGC Foundation for MBA/MA or postgraduate students. The program provides a unique opportunity for young leaders across India to work toward one of the most pressing challenges in India relating to “Hygiene and Sanitation”. It is an opportunity for enthusiastic people, willing to work and contribute to society in the domain of sanitation. The selected fellows will receive INR 25,000 per month plus other benefits.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Not more than 26 years of age as of 1st June
- Hold an MBA/MA or postgraduate in Social Sciences (Social Work/Sociology, Development Studies/ Rural Development, public health, policies, political sciences)
Desirable Qualifications -
- Have experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Have fluency in English and Hindi, any Regional language.
Benefits The selected candidates will receive a fellowship of INR 25,000 per month.

Selection Criteria
The selection of the candidate will be made based on the applicant's performance in the interview.

- Each applicant is allowed a maximum of ONE entry.

- Entries received will be the subject matter of the organisers and the shortlisted applicants will be only contacted further.
- The decision of the ONGC Foundation with regard to selection will be final. No Correspondence on the selection process will be entertained.
- The award of fellowship will not confer any right of employment with the ONGC group of companies or its joint ventures.
