National Institute of Immunology Junior Research Fellowship (Biology) 2021 is for M.Sc. degree holders. The fellowship is meant for the project titled, “Understanding the Mechanism by which BLM Helicase Regulates ATM-mediated Response to Ionizing Irradiation”. The selected fellow will receive INR 31,000 per month plus 24% HRA.

- Hold an M.Sc degree in any branch of Biology
- Have qualified for any ‘National Level Examination’.
Benefits The selected fellow will receive INR 31,000 per month plus 24% HRA*.
Note -
- The amount of 24% HRA will be released subject to funding agency norms of the same.*
- The selected candidates will draw consolidated emoluments as per Institute Rules, depending upon qualifications & experience.

Terms and Conditions
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview if called for.
- No hostel/ housing facility will be provided.
- The applicants must clearly mention the category they belong to, i.e., SC/ST/OBC/PH, and attach documentary proof of the same.
- Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
- The candidate selected for the post will be on contract for one year or the duration of the project whichever is shorter, at a time.
- Apart from sending applications in the prescribed format given, candidates must send complete curriculum vitae with the names of three referees.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview and they required to submit attested copies of all their certificates and a Demand Draft of INR100 drawn on Canara Bank or Indian Bank payable at Delhi/New Delhi in favour of the Director, NII (SC/ST/PH and Women candidates are exempted from payment of fees) subject to submission of documentary proof), at the time of interview.
