IIT Roorkee Department of Hydro and Renewable Energy Research Associateship 2021 is an initiative for PhD/M.Tech/MBA/B.Tech degree holders. The fellowship is meant for the project titled, “Hydraulic Turbine R&D Laboratory". The selected fellows will receive up to INR 30,000 to INR 75,000 per month plus HRA.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must-
- Hold a Ph.D. degree in Engg. in hydraulic machines (simulation/testing) or marketing the industrial services, OR
- Hold an M.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering with three (3) years experience in hydraulic machines (simulation/testing) or marketing the industrial process services i.e. B2B marketing, OR
- Hold an MBA in marketing with three years experience in marketing the industrial process services i.e., B2B marketing, OR
- Hold a B.Tech. degree in Mechanical/Civil/ Electrical Engineering with five (5) years experience in hydropower system/marketing of industrial process services
- Have aptitude/experience for Marketing industrial services/products and traveling (essential requirement) with good communication skills and flair for marketing
Benefits The selected fellows will receive up to INR 30,000 to INR 75,000 per month plus HRA

The fellows will be selected on the basis of their performance in the interview and relevant experience.

- Preference will be given to SC/ST candidates with equal qualifications and experience.
- The candidate shall bring along with them the original degree(s)/certificate(s) and experience certificate(s) at the time of interview for verification.
