Two scholarships are available to Masters students commencing any subject in Psychology within the School of Philosophy, Psychology and Language Sciences. This scholarship covers fees at the UK/EU level for the one year duration of any MSc programme in Psychology.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility The scholarship is open to applicants from any country, who are of high academic merit and lack adequate funding to undertake the degree.
A small additional amount may also be available to contribute to research costs. This amount may vary.
How can you apply? o apply for a scholarship you must first apply for admission for an eligible programme of study at the University of Edinburgh.
Only applicants who have received an offer of admission (conditional or unconditional) on the closing date of the scholarship will be considered by the panel.
Eligible applicants should complete an online scholarship application.
All applications must be submitted no later than 2nd May 2016.
Please note you will not be able to access the online application form unless you have applied for admission to the University of Edinburgh and have full EASE authentication.
Terms and Conditions
All applicants will be notified of the outcome by June 2016.
Please note that it is not possible to save incomplete scholarship applications.
If you do not submit the application once started, any information you have inputted will be lost.
Whilst completing this application you will be asked to provide the following:
- Your personal details;
- Details of any degrees you hold or expect to hold;
- A personal statement of no more than 300 words;
- Any additional information that you believe would assist us in evaluating your application;
- Details of any other scholarships or awards you hold or have held.
We would recommend that you have with you everything that you need to complete this application before you start.
